Fulvic acid is one of the key components of Shilajit, which is a blackish-brown, tar-like substance that oozes from rocks in mountainous regions, particularly in the Himalayas, Altai Mountains, Caucasus Mountains, and the mountains of Central Asia. Fulvic acid can be extracted from Shilajit or can be found in other natural sources such as soil and plants.
