Green coffee beans are rich in chlorogenic acid, which is believed to help reduce the absorption of carbohydrates from the digestive tract, leading to lower blood sugar and blocking fat buildup. But just having green tea or green coffee cannot be used as a strategy for weight loss. You need to eat a balanced diet and workout as well.
