When you’re living in a smaller apartment, counter space is limited (IYKYK). That means you have to get creative with appliances—but if you’re anything like me, you still want them to look aesthetically pleasing in your space.
For me and my three roommates, coffee is a staple of our morning routines, and since none of us want to spend the money on hitting the coffee shop around the corner every day, we knew we had to invest in a coffee maker that was small but still reliable. That’s how we found the Keurig K-Mini Plus, a slim but powerful single-serve coffee maker that comes in a variety of cute, muted colors—and it’s 55 percent off this weekend only during the QVC President’s Day sale.

At less than five inches wide, our mini Keurig takes up little counter space, while serving our caffeine needs. All you have to do is fill up your mug with water, pour it into the back of the Keurig (after flipping the lid open, which is a lesson you learn after you forget once), pop in a K-Cup pod, and voila: A few minutes later you’ve got a steaming hot cup of joe ready for you.
One great feature we appreciate about our mini Keurig is the “strong” button, which allows you to brew a stronger, more intense cup of coffee—which quickly became our favorite setting for our early morning wakeup calls. It also comes with a pod storage compartment where you can conveniently store up to nine K-Cup pods, so you always have one at the ready (and you don’t have to go fumbling around the kitchen looking for a pod in your pre-caffeinated state).
We aren’t alone in being team mini Keurig—the internet agrees. With over 1,500 five-star reviews on the Keurig website and loads of TikTok videos from creators expressing their adoration for their teeny coffee maker, we had pretty much fallen in love before we even brewed our first cup.
A few hacks we learned from our internet deep dive: The mini Keurig is small enough to take it with you when you travel, so you know your hotel-room coffee will be up to your standards (and you can keep your travel costs down by not having to go out for coffee every morning). And, even if you don’t live in a tiny apartment or travel a lot you might want to opt for the mini anyway—some fans have noted that of all the coffee makers they’ve ever had (Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers alike), this one makes the best-tasting cup of joe.
As someone who has consistently used this mini Keurig, I can confirm that it’s a great machine that brews some amazing coffee. It’s convenient, easy to clean, built to last, and looks cute on the kitchen counter. Our biggest regret? Getting the black version, instead of opting for one of the fun colors that would definitely brighten my morning as much as my first sip of coffee.
