The ultimate total conversion in 6 weeks? That’s possible, but you have to do the job.

Bodi Super Trainer’s Amoila Cesar is famous for making celebrities crazy shapes and training some of the best professional sports in the world.

Now he pretends to be his eyesight you.

The six-week task is a merciless functional training after one minute of life. And Amaira is not going to take more than 100%.

Workouts are cruel, so don’t be surprised if Amoila and the cast use explicit language while they sweat. If that’s not your style, there is a clean version available.

You may sweat and scream, and you will definitely be tested. But in the end, Amoira shows you that your body is truly capable.

What is the six weeks of work?

Designed by Bodi super trainer Amoila Cesar, the 6-week work is an advanced level program modeled after training regimens created for professional athletes and celebrity clients.

This is a hardcore functional training designed to help you build the kind of real-world strength and stamina that you translate into everyday life beyond the gym.

Over six weeks, he will take you through 36 relentless workouts, gaining muscle, torch fat, and helping you get the best shape you’ve ever had.

It’s not a long shot, not a walk in the park.

As Amoila says, “I’ll hust up and quit. There’s no time.” But if you really want results, if you’re willing to push through every minute, you’re ready to do the job.

Watch this video to watch the work that lasts about six weeks.

What kind of training does the 6 weeks of work include?

Amoila is programmatically based on six key training elements: strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, agility, and mobility.

Five days a week, these elements can be combined to provide an intense 45-minute workout that will make you stronger, lean and more agile.

You will also get a shorter rest day and one active repair workout than other workouts to help your body recover and stay in the game.

Throughout the program, workouts increase intensity and build on what you have already learned.

Combined lifts, aerobic training, aerobic exercise and other training methods will help you stay challenged and move your peak health faster.

But before you start, you need to pass the fit test. Seriously.

Since this program does not have a fix agent, Amoila will need to check the task.

If you don’t pass, start with 4 weeks of preparation. With training and corrections for all movements shortened, 4-week preparations can help you build up up to 6 weeks of work or other advanced BODI programs.

Training included in 6 weeks of work
