It’s easy to see why Hemsworth has such a film star build.

When he’s not bent his gun on a silver screen, Chris Hemsworth is usually busy polishing them when off. “Gun” refers to his stacked arms, not the weapon he occasionally carries in roles like in 2012. Here’s an overview of Hemsworth’s complete upper body training. Detailed warm-ups, supersets, and trisets all play a role in a clear design that will healthyly push physical limitations in the gym.

warm up

  • Medicine Ball Slam – 4 x 10 (30 seconds of break)

Super Set

  • Dumbbell wax – 4 x 10 per arm
  • push ups – 4 x 15 (rest 60 seconds before repeating the first exercise)

Triset

This is far from the first instance in which Hemsworth shares the trade secrets of his training. As the owner of Fitness Application Centr, Hemsworth appears to be a consistent point to staying true to the brand by providing training information that demonstrates his knowledge and his own commitment.

For example, in July 2022, Hemsworth shared chest-centered training before the release of Thor: Love and Thunder. He will follow sharing minimal equipment workouts on naval ships in mid-August 2022. That same month, Hemsworth issued another five-round 50-rep full-body training challenge on a naval ship.

Hemsworth has built a reputation as undoubtedly one of Hollywood’s most suited people. With this latest training on his account, he continues to spread the secret gospel of Jim and choose how others can follow in his footsteps.
