Actor Chris Hemsworth Issued a Five-Round, 50-Rep Full-Body Workout Challenge

Ever since he got into the public eye as an actor, Chris Hemsworth has usually made it his point to keep up with his strength training and overall fitness. During his films, Hemsworth promoted some of his recent times to his training application, Centr. Bloomberg. Grab the dumbbells in one pair, run the sequence once, rest for 60 seconds, and complete four more times in a total of 5 rounds.

  • Dumbbell Burpee Curl And press– 10 persons
  • Squat curls and press – 10 persons
  • Alternate reverse lunges and curls – 10 persons
  • Biceps – 10 persons
  • Standing shoulder press – 10 persons
