We all know how difficult it is to put ourselves out there, especially when life gets busy or motivation wanes. But what if your training does more than just make you feel stronger?

Starting October 15th, we invite you to join us. Enjoy the BODi 10 Workout Challenge: A movement to recommit to your health and rally support for a cause close to our hearts—save the warrioris a nonprofit organization that provides life-saving support to veterans, first responders, and others facing post-traumatic stress.

This is a powerful way to build momentum on your own journey, inspire those around you, and make real change together.


Here’s how it works

  • Try 10 workouts.
    Complete any 10 BODi workouts between October 15th and November 16th, 2025. Choose your favorite program or explore something new. Every workout counts.
  • Let’s connect and celebrate together.
    Join our free Challenge Room within the BODi Experience Community to take part in fun, points-based community challenges designed to keep you motivated, share your wins, and keep your energy high.
  • Make an impact.
    For every participant who completes all 10 workouts, BODi will donate $5 to Save a Warrior, up to a maximum of $25,000. Each sweat session helps you achieve your goals and supports those who have contributed to our country.
  • Earn a limited edition BODi badge.
    Complete all 10 workouts to unlock the “Love Your BODi” limited edition badge, a symbol of your dedication, strength, and compassion.
    Wear it proudly on your BODi profile to celebrate your accomplishments and show your support for important causes.
  • Let’s win big!
    Each completed workout earns you an entry into a BODi workout to win a $10,000 sweepstakes (maximum of 30 entries). Please see the official rules for details.
