Actress Amber Heard was excited for Mother’s Day 2025 as she announced the birth of her twins via Instagram.
If American actress Amber had heard of it, Mother’s Day 2025 wouldn’t have been anything more special. She welcomed twins (daughter and son) four years after giving birth to her first child through surrogacy. The “Aquaman” actress announced the news on Instagram almost a year after her last post on social media platforms.
“Mother’s Day 2025 will be something I will never forget. This year, I am overjoyed beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family that has worked hard to build for years. Today I officially share the news that I have welcomed the twins to the gang.
Her spokesman also confirmed the news to people, saying, “Amber is happy to welcome twins and complete the family. Mom and baby enjoy every minute. And Oona is happy to run the show.”
Oona was Amber Heard’s first child and was reportedly born in 2021 by surrogacy. At the time, sources close to the actress revealed this to Page 6.
“The most important thing for Amber is that she is open about the birth of her owner. There are many women who can’t talk about their fertility and feel worried and embarrassed.

Amber Heard reveals fertility issues
In her latest post to announce the birth of her twins, Amber Heard also reflects on her experiences having her first child and her experiences facing problems with fertility.
“When I had my first baby girl owner four years ago, my world changed forever. I thought I couldn’t burst with more joy.
Amber Heard, notorious for her famous honor loss trial with her ex-husband Johnny Depp, said of motherhood:
When Amber had the owner, she took at least two months to announce that the baby had arrived in her life. That’s what she showed up for four years.
In a June 2021 post, she wrote: “I’m very excited to share this news with you. Four years ago, I wanted to do it on my own terms. I am now grateful for how radical it is to think about this way of one of the most fundamental parts of our destiny. Oonagh Paige is the beginning of my life.
The actress is currently based in Spain. It is unclear whether she is romantically involved with anyone and whether she is the father of her child. With the exception of Buzz about a previously reported legal dispute between Amber Heard and Tesla’s chief, there were rumors linking her to filmmaker Bianci Batti.

Surrogacy is a type of assisted reproductive therapy (ART) in which a woman carries pregnancy on behalf of another person or couple. Legal viability and processes for surrogacy may vary from country to country.
