Who is Lisa Hubbard?

Lisa has devoted more than 20 years to training and teaching Pilates. As an internationally recognized authority in the industry, she appeared on the cover of Pilates DVDs, textbooks and even on the cover of Pilates Style Magazine (twice!).

Lisa discovers Pilates through the background of her dance and quickly falls in love with it, finding a connection between its bounty and beautiful movements.

Recently named Top Motivation and Pilates Influencer in 2020, Lisa brings passion, creativity and endless energy to every Pilates class she leads.

It made her a fan favorite on Instagram. Especially with people who are new to this type of exercise.

Her goal is to allow beginners to experience the benefits of Pilates body tones as quickly as possible, guide the foundations and immediately experience the joy of simple movements.

“Pilates is my passion,” says Lisa. “It’s my life. I was never a gym person. I’m someone who needs a body mindo connection, and Pilates gave me everything I had dreamed of.

What can you expect from a beginner Pilates with Lisa Hubbard?

No special equipment is required to start Lisa’s 3-week Beginner Pilates program. All you need is a mat.

Starting with simple movements, you learn Lisa’s distinctive floor movements, then progress weekly as you increase your strength, flexibility and mobility, while lifting and adjusting your body in all the right places.

Her routine takes about 30 minutes, combining Pilates, yoga and dance to bring muscles all over her body.

Lisa’s clear and simple instructions ensure that the routine flows from the heart, ensuring the proper form and alignment of each exercise.

At the end of the three weeks, you will be tighter, leaner and more tighter.
