Bodi Lava: Slow Burn, a melting evolution of the Bodi Lava series, is an innovative mini-program of five 20-minute slow-flow yoga training that combines strength, mobility and mindfulness. Slow and sustained movements and focused breathing work help to sculpt lean muscles, improve flexibility and reset the nervous system, excluding joint strains in a high-impact workout, in one powerful flow.

Based on science, this slow flow yoga mini program strengthens flexibility, muscle endurance, and functional strength through overtime maintenance and slow, controlled movement. Whether you feel overtrained, stiff or stuck on a progress plateau, this is a reset.

Get 5 unique training

The 20-minute workout is designed to target your body and mind in a variety of ways. A common theme? Focus on intent for strength.

Mood Boost Mobility

Open your lower back, spine and shoulders, and open with a deliberate flow that releases tension and promotes circulation. This pleasant sequence restores balance (body and mind).

Burning of the whole body
