If you are trying to exercise but haven’t seen the results you want, or if you have shorter time but still want to be stronger, build endurance and train consistently, Joel Freeman has the answer.
Everything is on a 25-minute speed train. No matter where you start, an 8-week step-by-step strength plan that will help you make real progress.
Joel trains you from his home gym. There, his efficient training and expert cues will help you perform any movement with perfect shape and minimal equipment. You don’t waste your time, wonder what to do, or give up on your frustration. This is training to get you on the right track.
How does a 25-minute speed train work?
Joel delivers full-bodied results in just 25 minutes a day for eight weeks, seven days a week. Using target volume training, he combines tension, tempo-based intervals, and time under progressive overload to efficiently build strength and endurance. There is no further speculation. There’s no wasted time.
All you need is a light, medium, heavy dumbbell and a resistance loop. Joel doesn’t leave muscles without touching, but he helps you carve a balanced physique by overtraining and injury while completing your form.
No matter where you start, you can ultimately achieve your goals.
Next destination: Results!
Why is the 25-minute speed train different?
It is Joel Freeman’s most efficient program. Training is done for time, not for fixed number of people. This allows you to adjust how the movement feels and focus on shape and quality.
As you progress, you will also train. It leaves you in a short period of work intervals and rest. It’s a program that adapts and grows with you.
Here, other programs like Joel’s Liift4® Or liift more™ Incorporating HIIT into many workouts, the 25-minute speed train blends strength training with metabolic conditioning to maximize results. (There are aerobic exercise elements, but there are no high intensity intervals.)
Also, Liift4 and Liift More are reps-based workouts that promote heavy lifting. You will see that you need to lift the lighter with time-based intervals on a 25-minute speed train. Don’t worry – you still feel burns and build strength and endurance!
It’s still Joel’s signature style, but it’s designed for people who meet their schedules that want real progress quickly.
What is the training like?
Joel has created a comprehensive 8-week schedule that includes 48 unique workouts and two recovery sessions that take place each week.
Training 7 days a week: 5 strength, 1 core aerobic exercise, 1 flexibility and mobility. Each 25-minute workout targets the top, bottom, core, or whole body, and bumps into all muscle groups (including small ones) at least twice a week.
