What is a 25-minute audio train?
Using the indicated volume training, you train for a period of time rather than fixed repetition. This will help you go at your own pace and maintain your correct posture. As you progress, the routine will do it, and challenge you with longer training intervals, more time under tension, more combined exercise.
This complete body approach prevents muscle imbalances, supports increased sustainable strength, and offers a challenge that can be repeated and leveled every time. After the first 8 weeks, repeat it to see how you will do more repetitions with heavy weights.
How about the routine?
Joel has created an eight-week comprehensive program that includes 48 unique routines and two recovery sessions that take place alternately each week. It trains 7 days a week, 5 days of strength, 1 day of core and aerobic exercise, 1 day of flexibility and mobility. Each 25-minute routine is directed towards the top, bottom, core, or whole body, and moves all muscle groups, including the smallest muscle groups at least twice a week. result?
