Whether you’re ready to explore new training techniques or a curious kettlebell beginner, Amoiracezar is here to help you Learn the basics of kettlebell training.

Amoila’s Kettlebell Academy is a 9-workout series divided into 30-35 minute training blocks. First, you will learn how to swing your kettlebell safely and correctly. Next, you will work on the Cleans foundations before taking on more intermediate and advanced exercises, including snatches.

Learn the basic movements that build you into the kettlebell swing. Practice the hinge using the glut section on the wall before testing timing and adjustment with the air swing.

Be prepared to apply power and momentum while learning the swing of double and single arms.

Kettlebell swing: Drill

Take your swing to the next level with drills like the Time Ladder Drill, Park and Go Breath Ladder, and more.

Kettlebell Cleans: Foundations

Practice rack hold and “find grips” will help you master the key components of your kettlebell neatly.

Kettlebell Cleans: Skills

Start this skill training with Dead Clean before proceeding to traditional single arm kettlebell cleans.
