Next stop: Results!
What distinguishes the 25-minute speed train from other programs?
Using targeted volume training, instead of counting rehearsals, you perform exercises for a defined period. This method allows you to follow a unique rhythm while maintaining a good posture. As progression, training sessions are enhanced by longer active intervals, increased time, and increased combined movement.
This whole body-targeting approach prevents muscle imbalances and promotes permanent strength improvements, as well as providing challenges that can be improved over and over again each time, as well as promoting strength improvements. After the first 8 weeks, try again with the program and see how many rehearsals you can continue with more heavy weights!
What does the training session look like?
Joel created an eight-week complete program consisting of 48 unique training sessions and two alternating recovery sessions each week. 5 weight training sessions, 1 cardio and ABS session, 1 mobility and flexibility session: Training 7 days a week. Each 25-minute drive session covers the upper, lower, abs, or whole body. Work all muscle groups, including small ones, at least twice a week.
High body
It develops strength and muscle endurance in the back, shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps.
Lower body
Define and strengthen your quadriceps, your butpirate, your hamstrings, and your calves.
Full body
Combined and complex movements help develop muscles, endurance and stability.
Aerobic exercise and abs
It creates abs, obliques, and hips, and burns a large amount of calories.
Mobility and flexibility1
Improves the amplitude of your joint movement, your flexibility, and your mobility while promoting active recovery in your body.
